This venerable restaurant draws colourful locals at noon, top models and cinema stars by night. Start with the Nicois hors d’oeuvres-pissaladiere, stuffed vegetables, courgette and aubergine beignets, ect- and then have sea bass coocked in a salt crust. The house ice cream is the best in town. Wear something Champagne-proof, since patronne Ruby tends to spray customers when in a playful mood.
