Since 1974, when its first edition, the Nice jazz festival together some 55 000 spectators love with jazz. Over time, the event opens to other trends such as pop music, world music, soul, R’n'B, funk.

The 2007 edition posted internationnale renowned artists such as Jimmy Cliff, Lauryn Hill, Oxmo Puccino, Marcus Miller, Katie Melua ….

But no concern for the 2008 edition, it will live up to this festival. Twenty artists have already been announced as: George Benson, Diana KRALL, Alain Bashung, Leonard Cohen, Joan Baez, Hocus Pocus, Hubert Felix Thiefaine, Paul Personne, Ibrahim Maalouf, Macéo Parker, Pink Martini, Sanseverino, Stacey Kent, Yael NAIM …
